hazeldesosa Our 13th month pay is already incorporated on our monthly pay. So all employees will receive only the monthly pay this december..So sad...

hazeldesosa Yes you are right. Bonus is a gift that's why we call it "bonus". But the fact is that this is the first time for my forteen years our company had not declared of bonus. Its really a big deal to all employees.

hazeldesosa I am very thankful that i have kept my job for the past 14 years. And still can afford to buy things that are necessary. I still have my monthly pay to spend this christmas season. Thanks.

hazeldesosa He loves fruit juices. But i have to let him drink water after drinking fruit juices because of the sweet flavor. Somehow my son manages to drink water.

hazeldesosa We will be having troubles in the long run if we will not teach our child to drink water. We have to start teaching our child to drink water even little by little. Somehow it will become a habit for them.

hazeldesosa You mean you dont drink water after having tea? What makes you drink tea instead of water? How it started, when you were a kid? Im now practising my child to drink water in a regular basis.

hazeldesosa My son loves drinking pro biotic drinks but it cant replace water. So after he drinks pro biotic drink i let him drink water sip by sip. I'm trying not to let him drink soda anymore gradually but my husband drinks a lot of soda every meal. So i cant help it...

hazeldesosa Yes it brings a lot to our body. Water makes us strong. We can live by drinking water. It cleanses and purifies our body.

hazeldesosa Yes i tried putting some sweet on my son's water but it didn't work. He just threw up. I just have to explain why he needs to drink plenty of water so he will drink by himself. thanks for your advice.

hazeldesosa Thanks for commenting. I'd better check and study our company's handbook. Some of our employees do that but havent heard of someone got dismissed or maybe it hasn't been reported to the management. Thanks anyway.
