Not getting enough sleep can make you out of sorts and unfocused...sometymes almost like you feel one step bahind your usual self. It can even make you feel asthough you are out of sync with situations and poeple around you...

hearts456 I am a habitual smoker but I try my hardest to put my cigarette buts in the trash. The only time I dont put them in the trash is when im not able to get to a trash can. I totally agree on the garbage thing there are so many more pieces of trash to be picked up...
