helens Yes, toothbrush is really a great help in caring our teeth. We can not clean our teeth without toothbrush. We can eat properly if we have a healthy teeth. We use toothbrush 2 to 3 times a day. We can avoid toothache if we clean our teeth always.

helens according to my research regarding fatty liver, all you have to do is just eat natural foods especially vegetables. Avoid eating spicy foods, preservative foods, fatty foods, avoid eating animal meats instead try to eat beans like kidney beans and others....
