hermione569 i do believe that plastic bottles are not safe to use...but it doesnt matter if we use it for a month or less..they do not react much during this duration..whereas if it is exposed to the sun for a long time then using the platic bottle even for 15 days is...

hermione569 i too listen to music while im doin my home work or trying to STUDY....it helps me to eenjoy my work and keeps me awake and lively ....another reason is tht i luv listening to music and sing along...nice instrumental music lightens up ur day:D

hermione569 i think drinking lots of water with lemon juice and honey is a very helpful way for ur problem.....drink this juice as water everyday and this will surely reduce the fat...i also suggest u to walk for more time....and u can surely learn some yoga steps online
