hertaintedlips I don't believe in doing all those extreme things. The healthiest way to drop pounds may not be the most favorable, but it gives you the best and most lasting results - especially if you learn how to eat healthy and not just be on a temporary diet.

hertaintedlips She absolutely should! She has done SO much for people EVERYWHERE. It's funny how the media shows us all the horrible things going on, yet the great things going on get hidden on page 10 of the newspaper. I vote for her! :)
