HeXeD79 I don't know how things are in India, but here in the states all of our providers say "speeds UP TO XXX kbps". It's the "UP TO" part that ends up justifying their connection when you half of what you think are promised. I forgot to say in my other comment...

HeXeD79 There is no such thing as a Bandwidth speed vs. browsing bandwidth speed. It is both the same. 2mbps will get you much more than 220-250kbps.. because the "b" in your "kbps" stands for bits and not BYTES. There are 8 bits in a byte. This means 2mbps is...
