My ipods freezes

What should i do because my ipod is freezing and is only black screen even when its loading but i can comunicate with my computer.

hillbillyonline Hold the Menu button and the Center Button together for 15 secs or so. This has happend to me before and it fixed the problem. Good Luck. I would go crazy if my ipod died.
