hollie1974 You have to get up and move I think. our bodies were made to move, not sit around. Also it is very important to watch what you eat. You never realize how many calories are in something until you start looking. I was shocked!

hollie1974 I think that anyone can learn how to swim no matter what their age. I hope you will look into it. I think that it is important to know how to swim. There may be things that you miss out on if you can't swim. Good look to you!

hollie1974 Wow, this is a hard choice for me as I really like both. But I guess that I would have to say swimming. I think that it burns more calories than walking. But walking can be very nice as well.

Are you teeth white and sparkly or slightly discoloured..what do you do to undo the discoloration:) I find that rinsing with mouthwash before brushing my teeth with toothpaste really helps to loosen the plaque;)+

hollie1974 Well I think before you start talking marriage you two need to get your problems worked out. Getting married may only make them worse. I would take a step back and take a good look at the relationship. Make sure that this is really what you want.

hollie1974 I smoke so you can probably guess the color :-). I would love to get them whitened but I see no point in it until I quit smoking. Yet another reason to quit!

hollie1974 My husband helps with the household tasks. And i am very grateful for his help. I also know a couple where the woman works and the man takes care of the house. It works out very well for them.
