impunityJane Yes, as long as it's really good choc and only 2 mouthfuls. Any more and it doesn't feel like a special treat. Perhaps that feeling's enough, along with the fat, sugar and caffeine. It's got lots of magnesium in it too, which is supposedly why I crave it when...

impunityJane Personally I find the daleks much less scary when they have names and personalities, however ruthless. In the old days you could rely on them to EXTERMINATE rather than enslave and manipulate you - predictable but more terrifying. It makes for better plots...

impunityJane Hi, my youngest is nearly four and I've only just got back into my jeans. Don't panic, the fat will go as long as you keep active. If you're breast feeding you'll hold onto the last pouchy bits for longer. It's probably almost all loose skin on your stomach...
