Doctors say wait until they are 6 months old before giving babies infant cereal. But for me, if I added enough liquid my boys were able to eat it at 4 months. I do know some people that give it to their kids younger than 4 months....

Sequoia Rogers They say it helps them sleep longer, But honestly it didn't work for my two so I think it's a myth.

I don't know about you but certain meals I don't order at restaurants because they just don't taste good. Things like lobster rolls are always bland. Meatball sandwiches the sauce taste metallic. So those are just meals I avoid...
