i loved those foods from here in ilocos norte,...we never buy vegetable in the market we just pick them up in our surrounding there fresh to cook,..if want to visit here try to eat some our food.

when i was taking my lunch and finish to eat it i drink a cup of water then my hiccups going in, every time i finish my lunch time it always make me feel bad i try to drink 4 glasses of water but it won't get away i tried...
