jacki3 I don't doubt what you are saying about Filipinos, because my mom is Filipino, and they value their families a lot. But I don't really agree that it has never become an issue in the Philippines. My uncle, my mom's older brother, takes care of my grandfather....

jacki3 i have seen mars, as well as saturn with a telescope. science has proven that they exist. it is hard to believe in something just because someone said it existed. it's easier to believe in what science can and has explained than in something based on stories.

jacki3 hi abe. this is a common mistake for people. i am sorry to be so frank. but breakfast is the meal that you eat when you wake up. as i said, it is really "breaking the fast". so no matter what time you wake up or what time you sleep, it doesn't matter....

jacki3 anything that you eat when you wake up will be considered a breakfast. breakfast is simply that, breaking the fast. do not worry so much about the time and the noun used for meals. eat plenty when you wake up so that you will not feel tired during the day....

jacki3 breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day. i wouldn't recommend skipping breakfast and lunch to anybody because they will often feel tired. it also slows down the metabolism.
