jacobbaculao Maybe you should read a lot. I mean reading English literature. Or perhaps having an English tutor. You can search the internet for some English tutorial (videos included). Joining forums and participating to discussion is also a big help.

jacobbaculao I will choose PC. The main reason is, PC is more popular than Mac in our place. PC (clones) is more cheaper compared to Mac.

jacobbaculao Maybe you have a misunderstanding here. Apache Tomcat is an application server used to run Java Servlet/Server Pages. NetBeans is an IDE used to develop java apps.

jacobbaculao We used to and sometimes wash our clothes by hand. Back then, we can't afford to buy a washing machine. Of course we seperate the colored from the white ones.

jacobbaculao I haven't tried creating 3D games. But I think it will be very slow. Many suggests to use C. But if you want to learn on how to make 3D games in VB, there are plenty of samples out there.

jacobbaculao I started with Turbo Pascal. Then switched to C. But for a beginner nowadays, I recommed to use Java. It's one of the most popular and widely used langauage.

jacobbaculao I agree with everybody. You should go for Linux. Or you should try OpenBSD. I suggest that either you use Window$ or Linux, you must have a firewall.

jacobbaculao Yes. I think they should use the internet during their free periods. The cameras are not necessary. You should ask assistance to technical persons on how to block pornographic materials (if you used internet at home). And I agree with divya25 that adults...

jacobbaculao If you just want to learn all the commands, I suggest you must buy a book. But you can visit www.functionx.com. You can find a lot of tutorials there. If you are referring to Turbo C v2.0, you can hardly find books nowadays.

jacobbaculao I use Firefox and Opera. I don't use IE anymore. Based on my experience and reading various posts and articles on the internet, IE is prone to spywares and bugs.
