Should they bail out the homeowners that are in foreclosure? Why should they be rewarded for being irresponsible, but then again what will it do to the economy if the Fed/Government sits back and does nothing?

I just learned that the High School dropout rate is around 50%. More specifically it's ~59% in cities and ~17% in suburbs. With a High School diploma a necessity what do you feel is the cause of this problem?

I have not really like either of these, but I wonder if people will be discouraged from purchasing a new vehicle after Tata takes over.
