james3302 I have not used a Mac much, but my wife has one. Why do you say programming-Winblows? You can write progams for a Mac. You just can't use VB or C# or Microsoft C++. You can use C, C++ or Java among others. These languages are more wiodley used anyways.

james3302 The test rely on your balance and not physical fitness. Balance is important, but so it fitness. I do not see this as something that can get you into great shape, but it will get you up and moving which is good. I used mine for week or two then quit using it....

james3302 You would need to post what you typically eat during a normal day. But I mainly see that people are eating too many carbs. If that's the case focus on eating more meats, fruits and veggies and not so much carbs such as potatos, white bread, pasta, and sugars....
