james3302 Yea I agree, but if a company has to borrow money to make payroll then they did to rethink their spending. Maybe those companies deserve to go bankrupt, if we don't control our spending we go bankrupt.

james3302 there's a new version coming out this month you might can try it. You should of made a live CD and booted to it to test out everything. I have a farily new computer and I'm running Ubuntu. What do you have that's not working?

james3302 I am now writing this using FireFox and Unbuntu. I started the live CD to see how it would react to me fairly new Dell computer. I have not fooled with it much yet. But Since I have a 19" Wide screen monitor the viewing area is not quit centered.

james3302 I think one of the main problems is that people get used to how certain software is laid out(Ms Office,Photoshop) and they find that they do not want to have to re-learn new software.

james3302 Yea in MS Office 2007 everything is moved around. You will either have to get used to it or use the old version(which works just as good as the new). Maybe they did it so they can make more money on training people on how to use it. lol

james3302 Yes Linux is better, but kinda hard to get the hang of. I can suggest Linspire. Check it out, its pretty much a linux kernel with a more user-friendly Gui to use. Microsoft has tried to keep this company from selling their OS so that's probably why not many...

I have been looking for a job that I can do at home, right now something part time that I can do after I finish my full time job and also on the weekend. Does anyone currently do this or know how I can get started in it?

james3302 My wife has tried this site, paid for a 6 month subscription and has nto gotten a job. She has since not gotten another subscription. I do see free jobs, but they are assistant jobs, writer jobs. I was hoping for more computer related jobs like programming.

james3302 Great! I'll check it out. My other problem is that I don't have any real work experience with programming, just college experience. I work as a Database Analyst now with Oracle.
