janevi Walking is a good daily exercise for our bones especially when we are aging. To keep going, walking is the most suitable exercise because it is strenuous and makes our bone active. It;s not only the bones that are activated but the whole body systems as well.

janevi that's right. it is better to stick to our own plan so that we will not be wasting our time. If there are some things that we really cannot avoid to do but change our plan at least we know what would b the alternative.

janevi It is really relaxing and soothing to soak oneself in a hot spring. it eases the tiredness of the body and it even lulls you to sleep. Better go try soaking yourself in a hot spring so that you can experience it yourself.:-)

janevi By the way, my remote control automatic canon camera is still working. I bought it in 1996 when i went to Amman, Jordan. :-) Its battery lasts for a year. Since it's expensive, I don't use it more often these days. :-)
