Margarita @janjaran In those moments when you feel angry you should try not to talk or to react. Try not to answer inmediately and wait instead until you have calmed down. That way, you can avoid to say or to do something you don't really want.

what is your usual sunday routine? as for me i wake up eat breakfast prepare and go to church go home after eat lunch do my online gigs sleep and when i wake up i check my lappy again...eat dinner do myLot watch videos and sleep...
