jasim860 Yes...I am pray everyday. I am a Muslim. Believes in Allah. We believes all created by Allah. So we pray daily pray to him 5 times. That is known as Salat(Namaz). Prayer will give a PEACE to our mind. Yes that is true. I experienced that peace.

jasim860 I am not sure th less sleep increases wight. Less sleep can harm your mind. Every day must sleep 6 hours. More sleep will increses weight, I am about this. You Sleep only 3 hours. Please try to 6 hours in all night. Better to eat fruits in mornings.
