jaydee49 i have the same problem like that before. Apply for a eon virtual card in UnionBank of the Philippines. you'll only have to pay PhP350 for card maintenance and a deposit of PhP300 for paypal verification. You can claim card after 2-3 weeks then activate it...

jaydee49 i totally agree. i am also a free member of neobux. their ads only pay .001 now, i don't know why they no longer place .01 ads. it might take longer to reach $2 with lower ad rate.

jaydee49 before you sign-up on any site, make sure that the site is legit. try searching for forums about this particular site, you will know if it is legit or not you must be careful before sign-up especially on money making site that might ask for your investment....
