Hi there, I have a question, how many minutes do you use each month on your cell phone. My daughter has switched plans several times and still can't get it right. Myself I'm lucky if I use 50 minutes a month including week-ends....

jdoggmartin I'm not much of a phone talker, so I don't use too many. I talk to my dad the most, and because we both have Verizon, it's free and doesn't count toward my monthly minutes. I probably use 150 minutes per month at the most.

jdoggmartin I think you have a right to be upset. Poor service in a retail store is not acceptbable. I have found the same to be true at our local Wal-Marts as well. Customer service is definitely an area that needs to be improved in many stores, though.
