jeggie it is good that you have a good relationship with your neighbours. We have 3 bungalows opposite our house, all of which house elderly residents. we do check on them, and make sure everything is alright, and on one occasion one of the ladies fell and hurt...

jeggie he was found in long island new york by someone who was checking a report of a burst waterpipe. It didn't have anyone who checked on him, even though his neighbours knew he had diabetes and was blind, they just assumed he wasn't there.

jeggie lol, that's quite funny. Dogs do seem to have an attraction to slippers (or socks in our case!) Maybe she is treating like a bone, cos usually dogs bury them to hide them, maybe she has named your slipper as hers! thanks for your comment!
