Does the Diet pills work? Will not I have the problem with health?

Hi everyone, I have tested some diet pills and could say that they does not work at all. I want to lose my weight a little bit, as in Internet there are many different diet pills I want to know more about others experience....

jelenaveli Hi, Thank you very much for your answer. I heard about bad effect, but some of them are natural and I saw good result. But I do not know how it effected their health.
