jempoy_10 hahaha staying silent is relaxing... it makes your surrounding peaceful... i often attend pilates and relaxation is one of the aspect... but i guess i can stay silent in 1 hr and still counting... just shutting everything and thiking about nothing is a great...

jempoy_10 some people have the give in hiding their feelings but for me looking thru their eyes is a good way to read what they really feel.. im am very transparent when i feel sad but in some circumstances i have to hide the sadness if a situation need it :)
