jesf1988 Yeah I am not sure why it took away my appetite. I think it was because I would drink like 4 of them in a day (on average) and after drinking one, I would not feel like eating anything because I would feel full. I dont know if they really helped me lose weight...

jesf1988 I am sure that the monster energy drinks I used to drink are not made from natural ingredients. Well i am not certain, but I wouldnt guess them to be made of anything like fruits or veggies, they taste nothing like any kind of fruit, or any kind of vegetable....
