jessie2665 During my depressed period I usually spend time to my garden and talk to my plants bearing flowers and fruits. I simply sing silently a song that makes me happy . I always think that God is always at my side to enlighten my depress emotions.

jessie2665 Proper nutrients for the brain should be observe as your food intake. Trainings and exercise of our mental capability through reading , listening and participating in conversation/dialogue.Always do these with humility.
