Anna The quality of a monitor is much better, especially to read text. My monitor broke and I used a TV for a couple of weeks, but then I bought a new monitor.

Judy Evans My mouse takes one small battery. We buy rechargeable batteries now and always have at least two or three spares. I find I change the mouse battery quite often.
