jhemitch i spent a lot time in computer especially in online gaming :) i'm doing it every day 4 to 8 hours because i'm not kinda out going person i stay at home and surfing net most of the time playing online games it keeps me away for real world.

jhemitch Helping others gives us a good feeling/ It helps to keep our good mood,but also lets us escape from a bad mood, For instance, feelings of guilt could be that helping distracts.
