jhorton Nope, God meant for a man and a woman to be joined in marriage before bearing children. I just had my first child and it has never been so evident, His true purpose that is.

jhorton I am bfeeding, as well as using formula. You should exclusively breastfeed for the first 2-3 weeks to ensure that your milk supply is well established, then start using formula every other feeding if you want. That is what I do right now and it is the best of...

jhorton Baby is fed at 7 pm and in the bed by 8 pm. We go to bed around 10:30 pm and up at 7 am.

jhorton Portion control! This is the easiest way to lose weight....ALWAYS leave at least half of your meal on your plate. Snack three times a day...only eat what can fit in the palm of your hand for a snack.
