Have you any idea about sun stroke? I have to travel 5 kms in the hot summer. I use umbrella. what extra precaution i should take to save me from sun stroke.

joan08 yes diet and exercise can really help obese people...and i agree that it really need lots of efforts.It also depend to the person if he/she really want to loose weight because sometimes if people doesn't have enough discipline on what they are eating...
