What do you take to help you sleep?

I am awake for hours after I go to bed, just staring at the ceiling. When I finally do go to sleep, it is only for a few minutes, an hour at most. Then I have trouble concentrating the rest of the day. I am exhausted. Please help....

joanna119 I was very difficult in sleep! I couldn't sleep! Period! And now i take those natural pill everyday for the last two weeks and are great in minutes i sleep like a baby and soon i will stop them because i am already much better and i think i can make it without...
