What do you do to relax?

What do you do to relax at home? I am very stressed out. Nothing seems to relax me. I tried to listen to music, to read, to play with my cat. I am still very stressed out. Weather isn't good for me. It's very cold and cloudy.

Joann For me it's better not to be friend anymore after breakup because it will complicate on your next relationship. I rather keep them in my memories but not to keep them as a friends or contacts. What if by chance you already married then you're still in contact...

Joann It depends on the person. I saw some people change, some are not. It's better for them to learn from what they've been doing because they will realize it harms their family and community. It's better that there's somebody who can talk to them and advice.
