jodyangelann oindy54, just be patient my friend. I have had a paypal account for several years and this has happened to me. It is usually resolved within a week. This is for your protection. I know it can be aggravating, but better safe than sorry.

jodyangelann If there is no harm to the child in any form, then it is not abuse. You follow your instincts. My toddler (4) sucks two fingers when she is sleepy or crying. I am trying to figure a way to stop that. Maybe I will try the stuff that tastes bad. Thanks for that...
