Do you feel guilty spending time away from your children?

Do you ever feel guilty if you don't want to hang out with your children 24/7? Like you want to have some personal time? I sometimes won't go workout because I feel guilty leaving my son and husband, so I end up staying up way too...

I like time to myself. I think we all do. And I think its important. When I was married and after my ex-husband and my oldest son would go to bed, I relished the time alone in the evening hours. I have made it a habit ever since....
