jordan04n Thanks for the response...I work in the nursery just to hold the babies and watch them walk and learn to talk.

jordan04n I certainly agree. I am raising a 7 yr old at the age of 61. Love him as I do I find myself very occ. Love the quiet miss the laughter. Thanks

Why is it that older men seem to grow old so much more gracefully than women? Women get fat much earlier because of harmones and seem to age not so well as to be as attractive as men? As I have gotten older I really have noticed....

jordan04n May be a curse to women. I appear younger than I am..genes..what ever...at 60 raising a 7 yr old I need to look some good so I go get facials and use creams that they suggest and I do believe it helps....can hardly eat. exercise so very much and try to keep...

Had the wonderful opportunity to talk to my son and his new wife on the phone this evening. Always nice to talk to any of my kids I live a long way from my grown up children so there's not much chance of a family...

jordan04n Yes, all the things you mentioned had everything to do with it. My sweet son call on his way home from work as he is picking up kids and puts on speaker so we can share each other. It is wonderful. I miss him.

Tell me some of the reasons that you home school? How do you pick curriculum? Do you enjoy doing it or do you feel you must? I am so unsure as to what to do and how to go about it. Help!

jordan04n Thanks for responding. I help a mom homeschool 2 of her 5 children once a week. She really knows what she is doing and I am impressed. It is a big decision. I just don't know.

Polite people don't seem to be around me. I even live in the country. I do live on a highway and cars speed down as if it were a raceway. It is only 2 lanes and there is a speeding limit yet seems no one cares. I always follow...

jordan04n I often call the police dept so they can go up and down the hwy and watch out for speeders. It just needs to be safe. My boy, 7 yrs old can't even go to the mail box or walk down the driveway. It is sad for him. He does understand though.
