jordan29bc I think, they would. They would throw those plastic bags anywhere, that's how it is in the Philippines that is why floods happen here, drainage are like thrash cans, full of plastics, cans, etc.

jordan29bc Garlic is what we recommend when we do our home visit during our community duty as a second year nursing students. Also, tolerable exercises such as walking, jogging, swimming (i think) and so on. Do not engage in strenous exercises like lifting weights.
