how can we reduce broadband bill

mine is a broadband connection. i have 1 gb free download 4 1 month. but usually my bill goes higher than allowed. how can i reduce my bills. ny tips?? im using mozilla firefox browser.

mine was my campus life. 4 years of my campus life was great. i was completely transformed into a new person. i actually learned to enjoy myself....... dont take it in a bad sense. i found my lover. my teachers were like friends...
