im on diet,but i love eating frenchfries, my friends said its not good to eat frenchfriese when youre on diet, coz its a stored fat food... is it true?

i love my dog, rockie lives with me for 3 years,and he will be with me up to his last breath. i cant do and i will never try what my aunt said. i know my pitbull loves me so much,like how i love him and he'l not gonna hurt me....
