Jacqueline Reeves-Yoder That's really sad to hear, not eating probably contributes to concentration issues just as much as eating the wrong things. It's sad that students like yourself are forced to do that. What kinds of foods would you have liked to see on the menu at school?

Jacqueline Reeves-Yoder This is such a good idea! I wish more schools would implement this. I saw a video where some Japanese school will actually have the kids cook the food! Learning life skills and eating healthy. Win Win!

Jacqueline Reeves-Yoder Food is way too processed :/ and often people don't understand that processed food and even "diet" foods are so harmful to the body. So what would you have liked to see on the lunch menu when you were in school?

Jacqueline Reeves-Yoder Sadly, you are exactly right :/ Health food has come leaps and bounds since I started eating healthy 15 years ago so hopefully it will continue to progress and parents will start feeding their kids better.

Jacqueline Reeves-Yoder I find that taking my vitamins and doing yoga helps wake me up and I feel amazing throughout the day! It's important to take good quality vitamins though so your body can use all the good stuff in them
