js0107 Hi thanks for your comment. But I think you should read the post properly with your eyes wide open. Here the discussion is not about whether verification by VCC is legal or not, but that a mylot user has cheated me of my money, by giving me a fake Credit card....

js0107 Hey, don't you get the message, these people who sell VCC's are fraudsters. Moreover your Paypal account is not safe. Take your risk with your money by adding a VCC. You think that Paypal is not aware of this VCC. That is why they have added these valid check...
