jsourile I am trying to drink more water...Right now I probably drink about 36 oz. a day. I was really good at one point, but I kind of slacked off. I do feel much better drinking water than soda and sugary juices

jsourile I don't drink alcohol very often b/c I also don't see the point of wasting the money. Plus, I have known too many people that have problems with alcohol and I don't like what it does to people.
