ybong007 There are 2 sides of the story. That's why there's a contract to bind them. It stipulates what the parties have agreed upon. By law, both parties are required to do what's written on it. That's why contracts are important so in case something went sour there...

lulu1220 It is for me. I like to get to the point on a subject matter and not add a lot of fluff at the end. I learned to write for a newspaper and for TV news in college and I was always better with the tv news since it is short and to the point.

natnickeep Yes it is supposed to be great wisdom to be able to say a lot in little words. But sometimes it's more fun to say more. I believe you have to know when to speak and when not to, and how to find a balance.

I always believe in my mothers intuition of me, that's why I'm counting on her when it comes to asking her when I am confused of something. So how about you? does it applies with you and your mom?

nicolecheezy i agree.sometimes i would tell myself,that im so stubborn.and i would always tell myself that my mother is always right.she has this sixth sense.thats why i really respect her and whatever i learn from her i would apply to my children in the future.
