On 14th Feb we had a lovely quiet wedding with just 1 close friend and 2 family members. We played Amy Winehouse "to know him" as we said our vows and then went for an Italian meal. It was what we wanted ...no stress and no family...

Today I quit smoking.

I had my last ciggy at 10am this morning and I am now using NRT so far so good not too anxious or stressed yet. I am determined to quit and could really do with a bit of support.

justrachel Today is my 5th day it has not been easy, I get married this Thurs I am also moving house soon and my daughter has just had chicken pox...Ooo and my wedding dress does not fit!!! No stress here !! I would love a support buddy.

justrachel Yes I would donate because my younger brother has had 2 kidney transplants over the last 10 years and I have seen how his health has improved.

The British press have written about her drug fuelled antics and I am so fed up with seeing pictures of Amy in a stupor. I feel her lifestyle is being glamorised and her addiction is being sensationalised. I think this is wrong...

justrachel I also read that story. How sad lets hoe she can turn her life around before it's too late. I enjoy her music and I personally think she has a great talent.

Many times I tried to quit smoking.. but did not succeeded. How about you? Now I don't even think about quitting 'cause a wise man had said that "It is very easy to quit smoking. I've have done it many times." :-D

justrachel I have tried and failed so many times I dare not count them. This time I have contacted the NHS smoking specialist team they have been great.

It's been 53 days since i had my last cigarette!! I still can't believe that i was able to quit! I'm psyched, that's for sure. I don't miss it one bit!!

I have been with Mark for 3 years and we have decided to get married. I am so excited only 8 days to go. At least with our wedding being on such a memorable day Mark will never forget our anniversary.

justrachel I have found that if people are mean to you it is usually because they are jealous and have a low opinion of themselves. This is their problem not yours. I treat people how I would like to be treated.
