justrachel I had exactly the same issues with my youngest daughter (she is now 4). She never slept a full night in 2 years and I was at my wits end. I had tried everything I took her to the health visitor and this is what she suggested... Put a safety gate on her bedroom...

justrachel Take a look at the Annabel Karmel website as it has loads of recipes for making your own baby food and tells you what babies can/can't eat. I use this site and have found it really useful.
