Help! Whats the fastest cure for mouth sore?

I have mouth sore right now and everyday its getting bigger and bigger. Its very painful, i can't chew my food well. Can anybody please help me?

k1dr0ck i like desmond even though he's a "coward" penny still loves him...i like their love story....i think he's trying to redeem himself by helping charlie "don't die" but eventually did....it would have been great if he was able to talk to penny on the finale

k1dr0ck yeah that was pretty funny he blew up because of the dynamite ...mine was the episode were the paolo guy and her girl were buried alive, the girl said she was paralyzed but they thought she said power lines and paolo lies.....buried alive with their eyes open
