We all know eggs are very rich in nutrition. I used have atleast one egg each day in my menu. But i heard eating too much egg too is not good. so i need to know how much is too much Or is it better to take eggwhites only?

Ornella Ramos @sans224 that cant be a rule cause the body response is different for everyone.Is not the same for someone who is doing exercise hard every ay or a man is all day sitting at the office.

Ornella Ramos I eat what i nee there some days i eats 2 eggs at day. Is not bad. There people eats red meat and dont think how much is enough
