KaniaHara2010 I just found out too. I don't know why they are doing this, but I went ahead and requested payment since the 20$ minimum no longer applies.

KaniaHara2010 I had the same problem a couple of months ago. They said the same thing about Americans. I think it has to do with people searching too many times. Some combined Homepages friends with PackJack and Trivia Places which resulted to ABNORMAL searches.
