kannimunni When you say you want to write optimized query that means that you are looking for perfect query which executes in less time. By default oracle has CBO cost based optimization. Still you can use hits to write optimized SQL. There are some plsql resource...

What is the difference between a Materialzed view and normal view

kannimunni Both are logical objects. But view always shows the data of the tables joined to create the view. But MV requires to refresh every time to show the present data.

kannimunni I have come across lot many sites who said we will pay you. As of today I bank on only 2 sites. one is mylot and another is hits4 pay. http://www.hits4pay.com/members/join.cgi?ammalu it really works also it does not kill our time much.

kannimunni As long as the link is related to the subject you post there is no harm. But, when you try to publish other links which degrade mylot or the link to propogate your website is not allowed and there are chances of termination of your account.
