Iv gained a lot of weight since iv been with my partner and I'm trying to lose the weight and really hard as my partner eats junk food and he still skinny as anything so frustrating what shall I do to help me ?

Kandase My nephew's dog is little over a year old and he still jumps even though my nephew tried real hard to make him stop.
