Why is it that everytime I remember the things that hurt me in the past I still feel it just happened yesterday, still hurting me.

Toni It's not easy. We will always remember. Time heals all wound, I have learned that from experience. Someday that day will come when you will remember it but won't feel the pain anymore. Only you can help yourself.

Trinity @katt271619 if it's still possible, you can try talking it out in a nice way..and hope he would consider listening..if not, then..it's up to you really what you think is the right thing to do..because,even if we love someone so much,we owe it to ourselves...

Trinity oh my..i'm not in your position so..but..i think i won't ever allow another person insult me or scold me to the extent of using bad words,especially if i'm not doing anything wrong..even if he is my husband. The heck, i'd say he's no man at all..
